Description

The Taets Hydraulic Pilebreaker is the most advanced, efficient and time-saving system in the world for trimming concrete foundation piles. The latest technology makes it possible to break square, hexagonal, octagonal and circular shaped piles in a fully controlled way throughout it's operation.

PILEBREAKERS FOR ROUND PILES

The Pilebreakers for cast in situ piles are highly modular systems that are easy to adjust to each pile diameter.
The Taets Pile Breaker model 314 is suitable for breaking piles from 450mm to 750mm dia and the Taets Pile Breaker model no. 380 is suitable for breaking piles from 750mm to 1800mm dia. The breaking will leave the reinforcement intact and gurantees no cracks below the cut off level. The breaking process is many times faster than conventional breaking and is fully controlled throughout its operation.
Handling and maintenance of the pile breaker are very easy and don't require special skills.

PILEBREAKERS FOR SQUARE PILES

The pilebreakers for square piles are fixed frame breakers. Each breaker is suitable for a specific pile range and shape.
To adjust the pile breaker accurately to the pile features, halflinks are available for both types, because the halflinks are without hydraulics cylinders, they can easily be added to or removed from the pile breaker
